FLAT MERVEŞ 4 (2+1)

his was our first stay in the Gülpınar area, and we couldn’t have chosen a more perfect home or host. The villa is in a great location — quiet and peaceful, yet less than a 10-minute walk to the town center. Local shops, bakeries, and supermarkets are all nearby.

Everything in the villa was exactly as shown in the photos and spotlessly clean. The pool and gardens were immaculate and maintained daily. The garden enjoys full sun for most of the day, with plenty of sun loungers as well as shaded areas to relax comfortably.

Zerrin was very responsive and thoughtful. As we arrived late at night, she kindly left water and milk for us, which was greatly appreciated. She also arranged our transfers on our behalf, making everything very easy.

Towards the end of our stay, Zerrin surprised all the guests by baking a delicious chocolate cake to share — such a lovely and unexpected gesture.

I would highly recommend Meva Homes to anyone traveling to Dalyan. We had a truly wonderful stay and would happily return.

A wonderful apartment. There was plenty of space for our family of four. The children used the entire upstairs, which was perfect for them. The place was genuinely clean, and the building itself was lovely with an excellent swimming pool. The pool and surrounding area were cleaned every morning.

The owner was very kind and helpful throughout our stay. I would definitely book again. It’s within easy walking distance to the town and all amenities.

Ailece 1 hafta konakladık ve gerçekten çok memnun kaldık. Apart tertemiz, yeni ve oldukça konforluydu. Eşyalar yepyeni ve her şey çok düzenliydi. Merkeze yakın olması da bizim için büyük avantaj oldu.

Çocuklarımız en çok havuzu sevdi :)) Neredeyse her gün bol bol yüzdüler ve çok eğlendiler. Hem güvenli hem de keyifli bir ortam vardı, bu da bizi çok rahatlattı.

Ayrıca Emine Hanım’a özellikle teşekkür etmek isteriz. Her konuda çok ilgili, güler yüzlü ve yardımcı oldu. İhtiyacımız olan her şeyle yakından ilgilendi.

Hem konumu hem temizliği hem de ilgi alakasıyla gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye edebileceğimiz bir yer. Tekrar gelmeyi düşünüyoruz.
