Kitchen:The American kitchen includes a refrigerator, oven, 4-stove set, dishwasher, washing machine, tea maker and kitchen utensils (plates & glasses, pots & pans, etc.).

Pool:Dimensions in the garden; There is a private swimming pool of 7 x 3.40 m and a depth of 1.50 meters.

Important Information : Electricity, water and gas fees are included in the villa rental price. Additionally, no fee is required. Extra cleaning, extra new sheets and towels, rental car, guidance services, healthcare, etc. Insurance is not included in the prices. All our villas located in nature are sprayed regularly. Despite this, there are butterflies, insects, flies, etc. around. There is a possibility of being found. We do not guarantee 100% invisibility in our villas with sheltered pools; there is always a 5% privacy margin in these villas.

Internet : There is Wi-fi in the villa. Due to the infrastructure of the region, outages from internet service providers may occur. Using Internet; It is sufficient for e-mails, social media accounts, accessing newspapers and news sites, but it is not sufficient for usage such as watching movies and videos and downloading files.

note: Due to high demand, there may be situations such as electricity - water outages, voltage drops, infrastructure and construction work in our villas in the Yaniklar region.

An extra damage deposit of 4.000 ₺ is collected upon entry to the villa, to be refunded upon departure.
