Located in Dalyan, Muğla. It has 4 rooms and 3 bathrooms. On the ground floor there is a living room, open kitchen, air conditioning, TV. There is also a closed veranda area on this floor, where there is a seating area and a shared bathroom. On the first floor there are three bedrooms and a shared bathroom; on the attic floor there is one bedroom and a shared bathroom. In the first bedroom on the first floor there are two single beds and air conditioning; in the second and third bedrooms there are one double bed and air conditioning. On the attic floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed and air conditioning.

In addition, if you inform us of any missing items during your holiday, they will be provided as soon as possible.

The villa can accommodate a maximum of 9 people.

Our living room has a comfortable, high-quality seating group, air conditioning, LCD and satellite receiver, and exit to the pool and garden.

Cleaning and Linen
Our villa is delivered to you completely clean. Cleaning is done once a week. There is a washing machine in our villa. If you want to wash it yourself, you can do it, but if you want extra new clean sheets, pillowcases, etc., we can provide them for a fee.

Pool
There is a private swimming pool. Dimensions: Width: 5.5 m, Length: 6.5 m, Depth: 1.55 m.

Important Information
Water, internet, kitchen gas, daily early morning pool and garden maintenance and control, assistance from the attendant looking after our villa in case of any need for assistance during the holiday, etc. are included in the price. Flight tickets, extra cleaning, new sheets, new towels, bed covers, etc. are not included in our prices.

Distance to the center: Dalyan - 100m

An extra damage deposit of 110 € is collected upon entry to the villa, to be refunded upon departure.
