VILLA BY THE RIVERBANK

Our villa, located in Dalyan, Muğla, is situated by the lake and is a 1-minute walk from the canal. It can accommodate a maximum of 8 people and has a total of 4 bedrooms. The ground floor includes a living room, kitchen, air conditioning, and a TV. The first bedroom has a double bed, a bathroom, and air conditioning. The two bedrooms on the second floor each have a double bed, a bathroom, and air conditioning. The fourth bedroom has two single beds, a bathroom, and air conditioning.

1. Bedroom 1: 1 double bed, wardrobe, en-suite bathroom, bedside table, and air conditioning.

Bedroom 2: 1 double bed, wardrobe, and air conditioning.

Bedroom 3: 2 single beds, wardrobe, and air conditioning.

Bedroom 4: 1 double bed, wardrobe, and air conditioning.

Pool: 11 x 3.6 m², 150 cm deep, and protected from outside view. Pool maintenance is carried out by the assigned staff. There is a seating area, sun loungers, and umbrellas on the pool terrace. Garden: 350m2, with orange and lemon trees and bougainvillea in the garden. Regular insect and pest control cleaning is carried out in all our villas located in nature. However, the likelihood of encountering pests and insects in villas in this type of location may be higher than in villas in central locations.
