Our 2023 newly built villa is located in Dalyan, Muğla. Our villa with a private pool has a capacity of 12 people.

Bedrooms
1st Bedroom: One double bed, air conditioning, wardrobe, bedside table, en-suite bathroom-toilet.
2nd Bedroom: One double bed, air conditioning, wardrobe, bedside table, en-suite bathroom-toilet.
3rd Bedroom: One double bed, air conditioning, wardrobe, bedside table, en-suite bathroom-toilet.
4th Bedroom: Bedroom: 2 single beds, 1 double bed, air conditioning, bedside table, bathroom-toilet, jacuzzi 5th Bedroom: One double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, bathroom-toilet. Clean bed linen and towels are available in the bedrooms. Kitchen It has a luxurious and spacious kitchen. Refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, 4-burner hob, kettle, 12-person dinner set, pans, pots, cutlery, etc. Everything in our kitchen has been thought of for you. Also, if you inform us of any deficiencies during your holiday, they will be provided as soon as possible.

Cleaning and Linens
Our villa will be delivered to you completely clean. Cleaning is done once a week. Our villa has a washing machine; you can wash your clothes yourself if you wish, but if you require extra clean sheets, pillowcases, etc., you can obtain them from us for an additional fee. Pool There is a private swimming pool. Dimensions: Width: 10 meters, Length: 5 meters, Depth: 1.55 meters. Important Information Water, internet, kitchen gas, daily early morning pool and garden maintenance and inspection, assistance from the villa caretaker in case of any need during your holiday, etc. are included in the price. Airfare, extra cleaning, new sheets, new towels, pillowcases, etc., holiday and health insurance, etc. are not included in our prices. By renting our villa, our customers are deemed to have accepted the Rental Terms and Conditions specified on the website www.dalyanholiday.com.
 
Deposit>
A deposit of 3000 TL or equivalent in foreign currency will be taken by the authorized person upon arrival at the villa as a security deposit for any breakage, damage, loss, etc. If there are no problems, the amount you paid will be returned to you at the time of departure from our Dalyan summer rental villa.
 
IMPORTANT NOTE: In all villas located in nature, butterflies, insects, ants, flies, etc. may be present in the surroundings. There is a possibility of finding one, which is quite natural.
                
All our villas have a check-in time of 16:00 on the first day. Our check-out time is 10:00 on the last day. Cleaning is done in the time in between. We kindly ask you to pay attention to the check-in and check-out times to avoid any difficulties.
