  Villa Maicon 1 is located in Dalyan. Our villa with a private pool, Villa Berceste 1, has 5 bedrooms and a capacity to accommodate 10 people. Thanks to its accommodation capacity, it is a holiday villa that can be easily preferred by large families and large groups of friends. Our villa has 6 bathrooms, one of which is in the common area. Our centrally located villa can be rented together with Villa Maicon 2 and 3.

Bedroom 6: Two double beds, air conditioning, wardrobe, bedside table, en-suite bathroom/toilet. Bedrooms are equipped with clean bed linens and towels. Bedrooms are fully furnished with clean linens and towels. Kitchen: It has a luxurious and spacious kitchen. It includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, four-burner hob, kettle, dinnerware for 12 people, frying pans, pots, cutlery, etc. Everything you need is included in the kitchen. Also, if you inform us of any deficiencies during your holiday, they will be provided as soon as possible.

Our villa has a washing machine; you can wash your clothes yourself if you wish, but if you require extra clean sheets, pillowcases, etc., you can obtain them from us for an additional fee. Pool There is a private swimming pool. Dimensions: Width: 8 meters, Length: 3.5 meters, Depth: 1.55 meters. Important Information Water, internet, kitchen gas, daily early morning pool and garden maintenance and inspection, and assistance from the villa caretaker in case of any need during your holiday are included in the price. Airfare, extra cleaning, new sheets, new towels, pillowcases, etc., holiday and health insurance are not included in our prices. IMPORTANT NOTE: In all villas located in nature, there is a possibility of encountering butterflies, insects, ants, flies, etc. in the surroundings; this is quite natural.

The check-in time for all our villas is 16:00 on the first day. Our check-out time is 10:00 on the last day. Cleaning is done during the time in between. We kindly ask you to pay attention to the check-in and check-out times to avoid any inconvenience.
