Our centrally located twin villa built in 2025 in Dalyan, Muğla. It has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. It has a capacity of 12 people.

2nd Bedroom: 1 double bed, wardrobe and en-suite bathroom with air conditioning.

3rd Bedroom: 1 double bed, wardrobe and en-suite bathroom with air conditioning.

4th Bedroom: 1 double bed, wardrobe and en-suite bathroom with air conditioning.

Pool: 7x10m2, depth 150cm and sheltered from the outside. Pool maintenance is done by the staff. There is a seating group, sun loungers and umbrellas on the pool terrace.

Our house is located 900 meters from the center of Dalyan, Muğla. We have a 50 M² private pool with a depth of 1.5 Mt, and a 5 M² children's pool with a depth of 70 cm.

Our 4 living rooms have air conditioning, TV and a sofa that can sleep 1 person. 8 people can sleep in the beds in the rooms and 4 people can sleep in the armchairs in the living room, for a total of 12 people.

Our house is 12 km from İztuzu Beach, 30 km from Dalaman Airport and 12 km from the bus terminal.

All our villas located in nature are regularly cleaned and disinfected against insects and pests. However, the possibility of pests and insects in villas in such locations may be higher than in villas in central locations.

Internet: Our villa has unlimited wi-fi.

An additional damage deposit is taken upon entry to the villa to be returned upon exit.

An extra damage deposit of 156 $ is collected upon entry to the villa, to be refunded upon departure.
