Villa Berceste 1 is located in Dalyan. Our villa with private pool, Villa Berceste 1, has 6 bedrooms and has an accommodation capacity of 12 people. Thanks to its accommodation capacity, it is a holiday villa that can be easily preferred by large families and crowded groups of friends. There are 6 bathrooms and WC in our villa, and one of the bathrooms is in the common area. Our centrally located villa, Villa Berceste 1, and the twin villa, Villa Berceste 2, can be rented together.

NOTE:For stays under 5 nights, a cleaning fee of 1500 TL is charged.

6. Bedroom:1 single bed.

NOTE:6. Bathroom and toilet are shared and located in the living room.

Clean bed linen and towel sets are available in the bedrooms.

Kitchen
It has a luxurious and large kitchen. Refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, 4-burner stove, kettle, dinnerware for 12 people, pans, pots, forks, knives, etc. Everything in our kitchen has been thought of for you. Additionally, if there is anything missing during the holiday, it will be supplied as soon as possible if you let us know.

The villa can accommodate a maximum of 12 people.

Living room
Our lounge has a comfortable, high-quality seating area, air conditioning, LCD and satellite receiver, and access to the pool and garden.

Internet
Wireless unlimited wi-fi is available.

Air Conditioning
There is air conditioning in the living room and bedrooms.

Cleaning and Linen
Our villa is delivered to you completely clean. Cleaning is done once a week. There is a washing machine in our Villa. If you want to wash it yourself, you can wash it yourself, but extra new clean sheets, pillowcases, etc. are required. If you request, we can provide it for a fee.

Pool
There is a private swimming pool. Dimensions: Width: 9 m, Length: 3.5 m, Depth: 1.55 m.

Important Information
Water, internet, kitchen gas, daily early morning pool and garden maintenance and control, assistance from the staff looking after our villa in case of any need for assistance during the holiday, etc. is included in the price. Flight ticket, extra cleaning, new sheets, new towels, bed linen etc. holiday and health insurance etc. It is not included in our prices. Our customer who rents our Villa is deemed to have previously accepted the Rental Conditions specified on the website www.dalyanholiday.com.

Deposit
3000 TL or equivalent foreign currency is broken, lost, damaged, lost, etc. Entrance to the villa is also taken as a deposit by the authorized person. If there is no problem, the amount you paid at check-out time will be delivered back to you in our Dalyansummer rental villa.

IMPORTANT NOTE:In all villas located in nature, in the surroundings; butterfly, insect, ant, fly etc. There is a possibility that it will be found, this is quite natural.

Check-in time for all our villas is 16:00 on the first day. Our check-out time is 10.00 in the morning on the last day. Cleaning is done in the interim period. We kindly ask you to pay attention to the entry and exit times to avoid any difficult situations.

 

An extra damage deposit of 3.000 ₺ is collected upon entry to the villa, to be refunded upon departure.
