It is located in Ortaca/Dalyan, one of the tourist resorts of Muğla. It is located close to iZTUZU BEACH, 3 km away. All bedrooms of our villa, which can accommodate 8 people, have en-suite bathrooms and air conditioning.

Our villa is furnished to suit your taste and comfort, and since it has a large and lush garden, it is very suitable for both families with children and large groups.

Bedrooms :

Kitchen : Modern open kitchen with refrigerator, microwave oven, dishwasher, built-in 4-burner stove, toaster, electric kettle, built-in oven, water dispenser, dinnerware for 12 people, spoons There is cutlery, pots and pans and glasses.

Balcony : Our large balcony is located on the upper floor with the living room and 1st bedroom. It has a seating group, dining table, sunshade and barbecue.

Pool :  13m x 3m; There is a private swimming pool with a depth of 9m x 1.2m. Garden and pool maintenance and cleaning is done by the staff once a day in the morning or evening.

Garden: In its lush, flowery private garden, there is a private swimming pool, sunbathing area, sun loungers, parasols and a swing for 3 people.

Internet : There is Wi-fi in the villa. Due to the infrastructure of the region, outages from internet service providers may occur. Using Internet; It is sufficient for purposes such as e-mails, social media accounts, accessing newspapers and news sites, but it is not sufficient for uses such as watching movies and videos and downloading files.

Extras : There is wireless internet in the villa. Our villa is delivered to our guests in a clean condition. There is air conditioning in all rooms and the living room. Smoking is not allowed in the villa and pets are not allowed.

Important Information: Electricity, water and gas fees are included in the villa rental price.

An extra damage deposit of 2.000 ₺ is collected upon entry to the villa, to be refunded upon departure.
