VILLA COLOUR 

It is only a 15-minute walk from Dalyan Rock Tombs and close to Dalyan Kordon. It has 4 rooms and 3 bathrooms. This property is 15 minutes away from Iztuzu Beach. This accommodation facility is located 25 kilometers from Dalaman airport. Our villa, which can accommodate a maximum of 10 people, has a total of 4 bedrooms. On the ground floor there is a living room, kitchen, bathroom, air conditioning and TV. The two bedrooms on the second floor each have a double bed, one room has a TV, a bathroom and air conditioning. The third bedroom has a double bed and air conditioning. The fourth bedroom has two single beds and air conditioning.

1. Bedroom:1 double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, en-suite bathroom and air conditioning.

2. Bedroom:There is 1 double bed, wardrobe, en-suite bathroom, bedside table and air conditioning.

3. Bedroom:There is 1 double bed, wardrobe, bedside table and air conditioning.

4. Bedroom:There are 2 single beds, a wardrobe, a bedside table and air conditioning. (There are 2 armchairs in the living room that allow sleeping.)

Pool: 7x5 m2, depth 150cm  and sheltered from being visible from the outside. Pool maintenance is carried out by the staff on duty. There is a seating area, sun loungers and umbrellas on the pool terrace.

Internet: Unlimited wi-fi is available in our villa.

Damage Deposit: A damage deposit of 2000 TL is taken at the entrance. It will be returned if there is no damage upon check-out.

 

 

An extra damage deposit of 4.000 ₺ is collected upon entry to the villa, to be refunded upon departure.
