VILLA OLIVIA DALYAN

Our centrally located twin villa located in Dalyan, Muğla, built in 2025. It has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. It can accommodate 12 people.

1st Bedroom: 1 double bed, wardrobe and en-suite bathroom with air conditioning.

2nd. Bedroom: 1 double bed, wardrobe and en-suite bathroom with air conditioning.

Bedroom 3: 1 double bed, wardrobe and en-suite bathroom with air conditioning.

Bedroom 4: 1 double bed, wardrobe and en-suite bathroom with air conditioning.

Pool: 7x10 m2, 150 cm deep and sheltered so that it cannot be seen from the outside. Pool maintenance is carried out by the staff on duty. There is a seating group, sun loungers and umbrellas on the pool terrace.

Our house is located 900 meters from the center of Dalyan, Muğla. We have a 50 M² private pool with a depth of 1.5 Mt, and a 5 M² children's pool with a depth of 70 cm.

Our 4 living rooms have air conditioning, TV and a sofa that can sleep 1 person. 8 people can sleep in the beds in the rooms and 4 people can sleep in the armchairs in the living room, for a total of 12 people.

Our house is 12 km from Iztuzu Beach, 30 km from Dalaman Airport and 12 km from the bus terminal.

All our villas located in nature are regularly cleaned and sprayed against insects and pests. However, the possibility of insects and pests in villas in such locations may be higher than in villas in central locations.

Internet: Unlimited wi-fi is available in our villa.

An extra damage deposit is taken at the entrance to the villa to be returned at the exit.

An extra damage deposit of 6.000 ₺ is collected upon entry to the villa, to be refunded upon departure.
