Located in Ortaca/Dalyan, one of Muğla's tourist resorts, this villa can accommodate up to 7 people and has air conditioning in all bedrooms.

The villa is furnished to suit your taste and comfort, and its large, lush garden makes it ideal for families with children and large groups.

Bedrooms
1. Bedroom: One double bed, air conditioning, bathroom with toilet.
2. Bedroom: One double bed, air conditioning, wardrobe.
3. Bedroom: One double bed, air conditioning, bedside table, wardrobe, dressing table.

Clean bed linen and towels are provided in all bedrooms.

Kitchen

It has a luxurious and spacious kitchen. Everything you need is provided: refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, 4-burner hob, kettle, dinnerware for 4 people, frying pan, pots, cutlery, etc. Also, if you need anything during your holiday, please let us know and we will provide it as soon as possible.

The villa can accommodate a maximum of 7 people.

Living Room
Our living room has comfortable, high-quality seating, air conditioning, LCD TV and satellite receiver, and access to the pool area and garden.

Internet
Unlimited wireless Wi-Fi is available.

Air Conditioning
Air conditioning is available in the living room and bedrooms.

Cleaning and Linens
Our villa is delivered to you completely clean. Cleaning is done once a week. A washing machine is available in the villa; you can wash your own clothes if you wish, but if you require extra clean sheets, pillowcases, etc., you can obtain them from us for a fee.

Pool
There is a private swimming pool. Dimensions: 7m x 5m. Depth: 1.40m.

Important Information
Water, internet, kitchen gas, daily early morning pool and garden maintenance and inspection, and assistance from the villa caretaker in case of any need during your holiday are all included. Included in the price. Airfare, extra cleaning, new sheets, new towels, pillowcases, etc., holiday and health insurance, etc. are not included in our prices. Customers renting our villa are deemed to have accepted the Rental Terms and Conditions stated on the website www.dalyanholiday.com in advance.

Deposit
A security deposit is taken by the authorized person upon arrival at the villa for any breakage, damage, loss, etc. If there are no problems, the amount you paid will be returned to you at the villa upon departure.

An extra damage deposit of 5.000 ₺ is collected upon entry to the villa, to be refunded upon departure.
